Our Story

Kare Skin & Brow started because Kelly — our founder and lead therapist — kept hearing the same thing from friends: “I just want someone who listens to my skin, doesn’t push packages, and uses products that won’t make me break out.”

So she opened a small, street-level studio at Blk 164 Bukit Merah Central — the kind of place where she can spend ten minutes examining your skin before choosing a single product. Every formula on the shelf is selected for comfort and compatibility, because many clients who find us have reacted badly elsewhere.

We accept CDC vouchers because good skincare shouldn’t be a luxury reserved for Orchard Road budgets. Whether you’re here for a $10 brow threading or a $199 carbon laser facial, you get the same unhurried attention, the same clean tools, and the same therapist who remembers your skin from last visit.

8+ years in aesthetic treatments. Trained in BOJIN sculpting, RF technology, and semi-permanent makeup artistry. Kelly has a reputation for honest consultations — she’ll tell you what your skin needs, what it doesn’t, and when to save your money. Regulars describe her hands as “firm but never rough” and her manner as “like catching up with a friend who happens to know everything about skin.”
