From the studio
Transparent liner or soft machine eyeliner
Both eyeliner lines are on the semi-permanent menu. The difference is the finish and the published price, not a promise about how many years the colour stays.
Two lines, two prices
Kare Skin & Brow lists transparent eyeliner embroidery at $300 and soft machine eyeliner embroidery at $550. Both are at the private studios in Bukit Merah, Blk 164 Bukit Merah Central, and on Bukit Batok Street 31 near Bukit Gombak MRT. The menu does not publish a wear time for either line, so this note will not invent one.
Eyebrow embroidery starts at $250 on the same menu, and lip embroidery is $880. Those are different appointments. An eyeliner visit is planned around the lash line, not around a brow shape.
What to decide before you book
Transparent liner is the lower published price. Soft machine liner is the higher one. The right choice is the finish you want at rest: a quieter lash-line tint, or the machine finish the menu prices separately. Oily lids and previous liner are reasons to say so before the shape is drawn. The studio looks at the eye before pigment starts.
- Say whether you have old eyeliner embroidery.
- Mention sensitivity, recent eye infection, or lash extensions you want left alone.
- Name the outlet and the line: transparent at $300, or soft machine at $550.
The visit stays one service
Threading, a facial, and eyeliner are different lengths of afternoon. Eyeliner needs a block of time and a calm week afterwards, which is discussed before you commit. If you also want brows, book that as its own line rather than adding it once you are in the chair.
The guide price is said before the work starts. Payment is cash, PayNow, PayLah, or card, and CDC vouchers are accepted. If you want the full semi-permanent list, it stays on the services page so this essay does not drift away from the two eyeliner prices.
