Upper lip threading is $10. It sits with the brow threading menu: fresh thread, a private room, and a tidy of the hair that is there today. Upper lip hair removal is $28, on the hair-removal menu, and it is booked as its own appointment rather than added as an afterthought to brows.

People mix them up because both happen on the same small area. Threading is the visit when you want the hair gone for the week you are in. Hair removal is the visit when you want the longer gap that the hair-removal menu is priced for. Kelly or Kris will say which one matches what you asked for before anything starts.

What to say when you book

WhatsApp the outlet and name the area. Bukit Merah is Blk 164 Bukit Merah Central. Bukit Batok is 359 Bukit Batok Street 31, beside Bukit Gombak MRT. Say whether you want a thread, or the hair-removal option, and whether the skin has been sunburnt, broken, or irritated by a recent wax somewhere else.

If the rest of the face needs attention, the menus are different again. Face threading with a mask is $28. Facial hair removal with a soothing mask is $68. Those are not upgrades you are walked into. They are separate lines, confirmed before the treatment.

After you leave

Short-lived redness is common on the upper lip, whichever option you had. Skip fragrance and a hot shower on that spot the same evening. If the skin feels unlike what you were told to expect, message the studio instead of covering it with a new product.
